| Lunch Sponsorship |

Hounslow Chamber’s holds three free business a month across three venues in the Borough. The lunches offer a unique opportunity to get your message to our members and guests. Sponsors will have four opportunities to engage Chamber members and their guests as part of the lunch sponsorship.
- You will be asked for a paragraph about your company or yourself which will be mentioned in the e-mail which is sent to all members and interested parties on our database advertising each lunch. The luncheon database comprises of 350 local companies in Chiswick, 185 in Feltham and 325 in Hounslow.
- It is quite usual for sponsors to bring samples, small stands and marketing material which can be available for people to take away with them, or, indeed for you to talk to people about, at the lunch.
- There is always an opportunity during the course of the lunch for sponsors to make a short (maximum 5 minute) presentation about themselves, their services or products.
- Finally, as part of the sponsorship deal we also include a possibility for each sponsor to send a group e-mail to all Chamber members (just under 300) to advertise your service, to promote or launch a specific product or to use this in whichever way you chose; our normal charge for this service is £60.00.

Chiswick – meets on the Wednesday of each month from and attracts 40-50 guests. £300.00.
Feltham – meets on the third Wednesday of each month and attracts about 20 guests. £150.00.
Hounslow – meets on the second Wednesday of each month and attracts 40-50 guests. £250.00.

The prices above are quoted on the basis of member supplying the advertisement ready to be placed on the Chamber website.
